Josh & Lacey Phelps are Servant Leaders through the use of their gifts. They both hold Doctorate degrees in music, have performed throughout the world, and have gained a stellar reputation as Passionate Auction Ambassadors & Professional Fundraisers. Together they own Phelps Fundraising & Auctions (PFA).

Josh serves as the Director of Music Ministries at Church Street United Methodist in Knoxville, Tennessee. Josh is a tenor and conductor as well as a Champion and Professional Auctioneer, Real-Estate Professional, and vocal coach. Lacey is a world-class trumpeter, Bach Artist & Clinician, Executive Director of DFW Brass, and loves working with El Sistema and participating in music mission trips around the globe. She also serves as the Development Manager for The Symphony of the Mountains in East Tennessee.

In addition to performing together throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Italy, they love attending music and fundraising events regularly. Together they enjoy a life of service to others through music, ministry, & education, and by connecting donors to their passions. Josh is the Principal Auctioneer & Consultant of Phelps PFA while Lacey is an award-winning & professional Ringwoman and the President & Marketing Director of PFA. They enjoy travelling, Scuba Diving, Tractor pulls, and spending time with their 4-legged children: Gracey, Champ & Harvey Phelps!
