Josh & Lacey Phelps are Servant Leaders through the use of their gifts. They both hold Doctorate degrees in music, have performed throughout the world, and have gained a stellar reputation as Passionate Auction Ambassadors & Professional Fundraisers. Together they own Phelps Fundraising & Auctions (PFA).

Josh serves as the Director of Music Ministries at Church Street United Methodist in Knoxville, Tennessee. Josh is a tenor and conductor as well as a Champion and Professional Auctioneer, Real-Estate Professional, and vocal coach. Lacey is a world-class trumpeter, Bach Artist & Clinician, Executive Director of DFW Brass, and loves working with El Sistema and participating in music mission trips around the globe. She also serves in Marketing & Development roles in Knoxville, TN & Dallas, TX.

In addition to performing together throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Italy, they love attending music and fundraising events regularly. Together they enjoy a life of service to others through music, ministry, & education, and by connecting donors to their passions. Josh is the Principal Auctioneer & Consultant of Phelps PFA while Lacey is an award-winning & professional Ringwoman and the President & Marketing Director of PFA. They enjoy travelling, Scuba Diving, Tractor pulls, and spending time with their 4-legged children: Gracey, Champ & Harvey Phelps!
